PVV Infra Ltd — Important, 15-11-2025: Company Update

PVV Infra has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board to establish a 1 GW N Type TOPCon Solar Cells Manufacturing Facility in Vishakhapatnam. This significant project involves an approximate investment of Rs. 650 Crores and requires 30 acres of land. It is expected to create 350 direct jobs by 2026 and an additional 450 indirect employment opportunities, boosting the company's presence in the renewable energy sector and contributing to regional economic growth.
