Ganesha Ecoverse announced its financial results for the half-year. The company reported standalone total income of ₹0.58 Cr and a loss after tax of ₹1.30 Cr, primarily due to a ₹1.49 Cr mark-to-market loss on equity investments from market slowdown. Consolidated total income was ₹0.58 Cr with a loss after tax of ₹6.12 Cr. Its associate, GESL Spinners Private Limited (GSPL), reported ₹50.27 Cr total income and a ₹10.86 Cr loss, with 3,756 MT production. GSPL's operations, which were halted due to storm damage, have fully resumed and reached over 80% capacity utilization. The Board approved GSPL's merger with Ganesha Ecoverse, a strategic move to strengthen its textile and recycled fibre portfolio.
