UFLEX Limited — PPTs, 16-11-2025: Investor Presentation
UFLEX saw Q2 FY26 revenue flat YoY at Rs 3,861 Cr, though H1 revenue rose 3.2% YoY to Rs 7,782.8 Cr. Normalized EBITDA for Q2 was Rs 389.5 Cr, down 12.4% YoY, impacted by GST transition and softer packaging film prices. However, Q2 Profit After Tax was Rs 26.9 Cr, a turnaround from a Rs 64.6 Cr loss last year. Overall sales volumes dipped in Q2 but showed a 2.0% increase for H1.
Key growth drivers include expected boosts from GST rationalization and accelerating demand for sustainable packaging due to EPR. UFLEX is expanding capacity, commissioning a brownfield expansion at its Sanand aseptic packaging plant (now 12 billion packs/year). Strategic capex projects in Egypt (aseptic packaging), Mexico (WPP bags), and Noida (PET/flexible recycling) are nearing completion.
Management is optimistic, stating the business is poised for strong growth as tariff issues settle and consumption rises. The focus remains on innovative, eco-friendly packaging solutions. Net Debt stands at Rs 7,753.3 Cr.
