Master Components Limited — JV/Acquisition, 16-11-2025: Amalgamation/Merger

Master Components (listed) is merging with its unlisted sister concern, Master Moulds. This move aims to boost operational efficiency, streamline business, cut costs, and leverage synergy in manufacturing engineering components. Master Moulds shareholders will receive 40 Master Components shares for every 1 share they hold. Post-merger, Master Components' total shares will expand from 40 lakh to 52 lakh. Promoter holding will increase from 67.10% to 74.69%, while non-promoter percentage will dilute from 32.90% to 25.31%. Master Moulds (assets ~9.27 Cr, turnover ~3.96 Cr) joins Master Components (assets ~51.65 Cr, turnover ~36.77 Cr).
