Kings Infra Ventures Ltd — Important, 17-11-2025: Company Update

Kings Infra Ventures has signed an MoU with the Andhra Pradesh Government to develop a ₹2,500 crore, 500-acre Kings Maritime Aquaculture Technology Park near Srikakulam. This project, with a ₹500 crore direct investment from Kings Infra and partners, is expected to create 1,500 direct and 10,000 indirect jobs. The Park aims to be a global hub for smart aquaculture, leveraging AI and biotechnology, and forecasts ₹2,000 crore in annual direct exports and ₹20,000 crore in indirect exports from Year 3. The government will fast-track land and approvals, signifying a major boost for the Blue Economy and regional entrepreneurship.
