OBSC Perfection Limited — Board Meeting, 17-11-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

OBSC Perfection's board approved increasing authorized share capital from Rs 25 Cr to Rs 27 Cr. They also greenlit a preferential issue of 17.11 lakh equity shares at Rs 311 each, raising ~Rs 53.22 Cr from non-promoters. An EGM on Dec 13 will seek shareholder approval for these plans.
