JSW Infrastructure Limited — JV/Acquisition, 17-11-2025: Acquisition

JSW Infrastructure's step-down subsidiary is acquiring a 51% stake in South Minerals Port Company SAOC in Oman. This Port SPV will develop and operate a 27 Million Tonnes Per Annum (MTPA) port, with a total project capex of US$419 Million. This strategic move expands JSW Infra's global footprint, leveraging Oman's location for mineral exports. It aligns with JSW Infra's goal to boost cargo handling capacity to 400 MTPA by 2030 and supports industrial minerals projects, strengthening supply chain efficiency for India's steel and cement sectors. Commercial operations are expected by H1 2029.
