Manba Finance recorded strong Q2/H1 FY26 performance. AUM grew 36% year-on-year to INR1,500 Cr. H1 profit after tax rose 26% to INR21 Cr, with net interest income up 21% to INR68 Cr. Net interest margin stood at 12.56%, and the average cost of borrowing decreased to 10.67%. Asset quality remains strong with Stage 1 assets at 92.80%.

Management highlighted booming two-wheeler demand post-GST clarity, leading to record INR175.40 Cr disbursements in October. The company expects a 30-35% CAGR, targeting INR1,700-1,750 Cr AUM by FY-end. Small business loans are growing, with secured MSME LAP launching in January. Digital initiatives and new partnerships are expanding reach. Profitability is expected to improve significantly in Q3/Q4. The management is confident about sustained growth momentum.
