SpiceJet has announced a board meeting to approve its financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported a net loss of INR 635.42 Cr for the quarter and INR 860.09 Cr for the half-year. Accumulated losses stand at INR 8,692.98 Cr, with current liabilities exceeding current assets by INR 4,350.45 Cr, leading auditors to flag a "going concern" uncertainty. Operationally, the airline maintained an 84.3% Passenger Load Factor and secured $89.5 million in liquidity. SpiceJet is expanding its fleet with 19 new aircraft for the winter schedule, aiming for stronger performance.
