Seamec faced a challenging Q2 FY26 with consolidated revenue down 3% YoY to INR108 Cr and a PAT loss of INR26 Cr, mainly due to a monsoon-hit quarter and SWORDFISH vessel breakdown. H1 FY26 consolidated revenue rose 2% to INR338 Cr.
Management is optimistic, with all vessels operational. New charters secured for Seamec Glorious, Agastya (USD25,000/day from Dec), and Anant (USD45,000/day from Feb 2026). A INR1,000 Cr capex MoU signals fleet expansion, targeting higher-margin IMR contracts. Expect stable charter rates for 4-5 years. Overseas ops target breakeven next year; net debt expected INR300-400 Cr by Mar 2026.
