Chambal Breweries & Distilleries Ltd — Important, 17-11-2025: Company Update

Chambal Breweries and Distilleries has announced significant leadership changes. Mrs. Meenal Shrirang Patwardhan has been appointed Managing Director and Chairman, effective December 12, 2025, for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Trevor Valentine Dsouza will also join as Whole-time Director for five years from the same date. The company appointed Mrs. Neha Shukla and Mr. Jay Kumar Shaw as Independent Directors for five years. Further strengthening its management, Mr. Nitish Neniwal became Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Mr. Chirag B Kotecha was appointed Chief Financial Officer, both effective November 17, 2025. These appointments aim to bolster governance and strategic direction.
