Chambal Breweries & Distilleries Ltd — Important, 17-11-2025: Company Update

Chambal Breweries and Distilleries Limited's Board has approved several key leadership changes. Mrs. Meenal S. Patwardhan becomes Managing Director and Chairman, and Mr. Trevor V. Dsouza is appointed Whole-time Director, both effective December 12, 2025, pending shareholder nod. Mrs. Neha Shukla and Mr. Jay Kumar Shaw join as Independent Directors from the same date, also subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Nitish Neniwal has been appointed Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, and Mr. Chirag B. Kotecha as Chief Financial Officer, both effective November 17, 2025.
