Le Lavoir Limited's Board approved the appointment of Mr. Himanshu Keshubhai Togadiya as an Additional Non-executive and Independent Director. Concurrently, Mr. Pradeep Sutodiya resigned from his Non-executive and Independent Director position due to personal reasons. Following these changes, the company reconstituted its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. Mr. Togadiya will now serve as Chairperson for all three committees, leveraging his extensive experience in corporate law and compliance to strengthen governance and oversight.
