Artificial Electronics Intelligent Material's Board approved issuing 97.54 lakh equity shares at Rs. 40 each, raising 39.01 Cr from non-promoters. This increased the paid-up capital from 16.97 Cr to 26.72 Cr. The Board also approved allotting 1.18 Cr convertible warrants to promoters at Rs. 40 each, with an initial 25% consideration of 11.80 Cr received. These warrants convert to equity within 18 months. Upon full conversion, the paid-up capital will further increase to 38.52 Cr. This capital infusion supports the company's growth plans.
