Shraddha Prime Projects' Board has approved three strategic acquisitions to significantly expand its real estate footprint and consolidate assets. The company will acquire a 98% partnership interest in Shraddha Apex LLP for ₹98,000 and a 98% interest in Shraddha Housing Projects LLP for ₹98,000. Additionally, it plans to subscribe to up to 51% equity in Shraddha Landmark Private Limited for a consideration not exceeding ₹125 Cr, following due diligence. These moves aim to boost the company's real estate portfolio. Shraddha Apex reported ₹38.03 Cr turnover in Fiscal 2025, Shraddha Housing ₹26.88 Cr, and Shraddha Landmark ₹338 Cr. All acquisitions require shareholder approval and are expected to complete by March 31, 2026.
