Capital India Finance Limited has announced Mr. Surender Rana, former Deputy Managing Director at State Bank of India, has joined as Executive Vice Chairman for three years, subject to shareholder approval. This strengthens CIFL's leadership for scalable, governance-led growth. The company reported robust Q2 and H1 financial results: AUM reached ₹1024 Cr (up 11.43% YoY), H1 PBT was ₹44.19 Cr, and H1 PAT was ₹37.81 Cr. Asset quality remains strong with Net NPA at 0.98% and a healthy Capital Adequacy Ratio of 51.24%. CIFL also divested its housing finance subsidiary for ₹266.53 Cr to sharpen its core lending focus and enhance capital.
