Praveg Limited has received a Letter of Award from the Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Limited to develop, operate, and manage a new resort at Dhordo, Kutch. This project involves 46 luxury tents and 42 dormitories (252 beds), equivalent to 126 standard rooms, significantly expanding its hospitality presence alongside existing operations. Awarded with a 35-year concession, this move strengthens Praveg's footprint in a key tourism destination, aiming for room rates of INR 12,000-15,000 and dormitory beds at INR 2,500-3,500, with an expected occupancy of 55-60%. This development is poised to drive long-term value and growth.
