Praveg Limited has received a Letter of Award from the Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Limited for developing, operating, and managing a new resort at Dhordo, Kutch. This 35-year concession project will add 46 luxury tents and 42 dormitories (252 beds), equivalent to 126 standard rooms, significantly expanding Praveg’s hospitality footprint in the region. The company anticipates room rates between INR 12,000-15,000 and dormitory beds from INR 2,500-3,500, with an expected occupancy of 55-60%. This asset-light expansion is poised to strengthen Praveg's presence at a global tourism destination and generate long-term financial value.
