Prime Fresh Limited announced its financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting its highest-ever quarterly revenue and volume. For Q2 FY26, revenue surged 35% year-over-year to ₹66.4 Cr, with Profit After Tax (PAT) increasing 11% year-over-year to ₹3.1 Cr. Sales tonnage grew 96% year-over-year. For H1 FY26, revenue rose 22% year-over-year to ₹119.8 Cr and PAT increased 7% year-over-year to ₹5.9 Cr. Operationally, the company initiated a vegetable cluster expansion in Nashik and received preliminary approval for horticulture cluster projects, enhancing sourcing and cold-chain capabilities. CRISIL reaffirmed its BBB/Stable rating, supporting expansion plans.
