Ashika Credit Capital Ltd — Important, 18-11-2025: Company Update

Ashika Credit Capital announced that the NCLT-sanctioned merger of Yaduka Financial Services into Ashika Credit Capital is now effective. Both companies filed the necessary order with the Registrar of Companies. The appointed date for the merger was October 1, 2024. A record date has been set to determine Yaduka shareholders eligible for new Ashika shares. For every 1,000 shares in Yaduka, shareholders will receive 1,445 new Ashika Credit Capital shares, each with a face value of INR 10. This marks the successful completion of the merger process, integrating Yaduka's business into Ashika.
