    CPS Shapers' Board approved a preferential issue, raising approx Rs 6.01 Cr. They allotted 66,900 equity shares to non-promoters (Rs 5.02 Cr) and 13,200 warrants to a promoter (Rs 0.99 Cr). Warrants are convertible to equity within 18 months, both at Rs 750/share.
