Ashika Credit Capital Ltd — Important, 18-11-2025: Company Update

Ashika Credit Capital announced the amalgamation of Yaduka Financial Services is now effective, following the Hon'ble NCLT's sanction. Both companies filed the necessary order with the Registrar of Companies, making the scheme effective. The merger's appointed date was previously set. A record date has been fixed for shareholders of Yaduka Financial Services to determine eligibility for shares in Ashika Credit Capital. Under the scheme, 1,445 equity shares of Ashika Credit Capital (face value INR 10) will be issued for every 1,000 equity shares held in Yaduka Financial Services (face value INR 10). This integration combines the businesses, impacting shareholders by issuing new shares.
