Winro Commercial India Ltd — Important, 18-11-2025: Company Update

Winro Commercial has invested in Security Receipts (SRs) issued by JCF YES Trust 2025-26. This Trust acquired debt of Lily Realty Private Limited from Yes Bank Limited. The total SR issuance by the Trust was INR 93 Cr. Winro Commercial contributed INR 65.10 Cr, securing 6,51,000 SRs, which represents 70% of the total issuance. This investment signifies the company's participation in a debt acquisition through an asset reconstruction trust.
