Bondada Engineering Ltd — Important, 19-11-2025: Company Update

Bondada Engineering has signed a significant five-year Framework Agreement with Adani Group for a Strategic Design and Construction Partnership in renewable energy. As part of this, Bondada secured an initial order for 650 MW solar energy works from Adani Green Energy. This partnership positions Bondada to contribute to Adani's ambitious 30 GW renewable energy plant in Khavda, where Bondada is a strategic design and construction partner. This solidifies Bondada's role in the national renewable energy mission, adding to its existing 1 GW commissioned, 1.8 GW in progress, 2.5 GW orders, and 2.0 GW IPP work.
