ACCL is now proceeding with the NCLT's directions, which include convening a meeting of its equity shareholders. Meetings for other shareholder and creditor groups involved in the scheme have been waived or deemed unnecessary. The scheme also proposes to change ACCL's name to Ashika Global Securities Limited after it becomes effective, streamlining the group's structure.
