Sancode Technologies Ltd — Important, 19-11-2025: Company Update

Sancode Technologies has issued a corrigendum to its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) notice, providing additional details requested by the Stock Exchange regarding a proposed preferential issue of 11,11,111 convertible warrants. The company plans to use the raised funds, totaling Rs. 6.00 Cr, for business expansion into semiconductor design and packaging (OSAT) and Artificial Intelligence technologies (Rs. 4.56 Cr), with the remainder for general corporate purposes (Rs. 1.44 Cr). Sancode is pursuing the OSAT project through a new subsidiary, negotiating a joint venture, and has an MOU for technical collaboration with Silicon Connect SDN BHD. Remote e-voting for the warrant issuance will open from 9:00 A.M. on November 20, 2025, to 5:00 P.M. on November 21, 2025.
