Dreamfolks Services faced Q2 FY26 revenue decline to ₹205.5 Cr due to a strategic shift and discontinuation of a domestic airport lounge stream. Gross profit margin expanded to 14.2% and PAT margin to 5.5%. The company is actively diversifying, acquiring Ten11 Hospitality (50.01% for ₹11.46 Cr) for railway lounge operations in Chennai, Mumbai, and Vadodara, moving into an asset-based model. Global lounge transaction volume more than doubled from Q1 FY26, now covering 900+ global touchpoints. Management is confident in its four pillars: Global Expansion, Client Diversification, Premium Lifestyle Services, and Tech Transformation for long-term growth, despite expecting lower Q3 revenue.
