    Viviana Power Tech's board has approved 3:5 bonus equity shares, raising paid-up capital from ₹6.33 Cr to ₹10.12 Cr. The company also announced the acquisition of 100% stake in Viviana Engineering Pvt Ltd for ₹0.088 Cr, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary to execute a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project.
