JSW Infrastructure Limited — Credit Ratings, 20-11-2025: Credit Rating

Care Ratings has reaffirmed JSW Infrastructure's credit ratings. Long-term bank facilities are rated CARE AA+ with a Stable outlook, and short-term facilities are CARE A1+. Total long/short term bank facilities were reduced to ₹280.00 Cr from ₹480.00 Cr. The Issuer Rating is also reaffirmed at CARE AA+ (Stable). Commercial Paper rating was withdrawn after repayment.
