Sancode Technologies has updated its Extra Ordinary General Meeting notice, detailing plans to raise roughly Rs. 6.00 Cr by issuing convertible warrants. A significant portion, about Rs. 4.56 Cr, will fund expansion into new-age technologies such as semiconductor design, packaging, and an OSAT plant, alongside Artificial Intelligence. The remaining Rs. 1.44 Cr is for general corporate needs, with funds to be utilized by March 2027. The company formed Sancode Semi Pvt Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary, and inked an MOU with Silicon Connect SDN BHD for technical expertise in its semiconductor ventures. This strategic pivot aims to drive growth in advanced tech sectors.
