Modi Naturals Ltd — Important, 20-11-2025: Company Update

Modi Naturals discussed its financial results for the quarter and half-year. For the half-year, revenue grew 2.7% to INR 302 Cr, EBITDA increased 24% to INR 33 Cr, and PAT rose 36.7% to INR 20.6 Cr. The Consumer division saw flat Q2 revenue due to GST changes but continued marketing investments. The Bulk division achieved an EBITDA turnaround of INR 1.2 Cr, driven by an efficient operating model. The Ethanol division is performing strongly, securing INR 400 Cr in orders. Its 180 KLPD plant expansion is under trial and is expected to commence operations by December, increasing total capacity to 310 KLPD. The company is confident of a stronger second half and meeting its full-year guidance.
