The company is boosting AC production capacity from 10 lakh to 18 lakh units, including a new Chennai facility capable of 2.5 lakh units and ₹400 Cr annual revenue. Diversifying, it is adding new ODM AC customers. Compressor manufacturing has started, with 50% capacity already booked. EMS capacity is set to double. The company projects full-year revenue of ₹800-900 Cr with a 9% EBITDA.
