Vega Jewellers' board has approved issuing 5 lakh convertible warrants to promoters Mr. Naveen Kumar Vanama and Mr. Sudhakar Vanama at Rs 197.42 per warrant. This preferential allotment, upon full conversion, will increase the promoter's holding to 71.22% of the company's capital. Simultaneously, the authorized share capital has been substantially increased from INR 10 Crore to INR 51 Crore. These decisions enable future capital-raising flexibility and reflect promoter confidence through an increased stake, providing capital for business growth.
