SVS Ventures Ltd — Important, 20-11-2025: Company Update

SVS Ventures' Board has approved significant leadership changes. Mr. Shashikant Vedprakash Sharma resigned as Managing Director & CEO, effective November 19, 2025, due to other commitments. The company appointed Mr. Vishal Mahendrabhai Thekdi as an Additional Director, Managing Director, and Key Managerial Personnel for five years, effective November 20, 2025. Mr. Thekdi brings extensive experience in real estate development and manufacturing. Additionally, Mr. Vishnu Kumar Bhagvandas Prajapati was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective November 20, 2025, with expertise in agriculture and agri-product manufacturing. Both new appointments are subject to shareholder approval.
