Dhanashree Electronics' Board has approved the allotment of 1.69 Cr convertible warrants at Rs. 30 each. Each warrant can be converted into one equity share of Rs. 10 face value within 18 months. The company has received Rs. 12.72 Cr as 25% upfront payment for these warrants, which were issued on a preferential basis to Promoter, Promoter Group, and Non-Promoter (public) categories. This move expands the company's equity base and provides future capital inflow upon full conversion.
