Nagarjuna Agri-Tech's board approved a capital increase to 35 Cr. They will acquire Allenby Food (100%) via a ~144.7 Cr share swap, plus cash deals for Rafflesia Confectionary (100%) and Aarini Gourmet (60%) to expand F&B. All pending shareholder nod.
