Vani Commercials' shareholders have approved a significant expansion of the company's business activities, encompassing financial technology, digital payments, lending, asset management, and financial product distribution. This strategic move also includes adopting updated corporate governance documents to align with current regulations. To support future growth, the authorized share capital has been increased from Rs. 13.05 Crore to Rs. 50.00 Crore. Additionally, shareholders approved a preferential issue of up to 3.22 Crore equity shares at Rs. 12 per share to non-promoter investors, aiming to raise capital for these new ventures.
