KMEW’s H1 FY26 performance shows robust revenue growth, with operations revenue climbing 3.16% YoY to Rs. 98.65 Cr. EBITDA surged 8.27% to Rs. 39.91 Cr, maintaining strong margins at 40.46%. While Profit After Tax (PAT) saw a slight dip to Rs. 22.46 Cr, EPS was Rs. 20.8. Return on Equity improved to 12% and Return on Capital Employed significantly rose to 12%. Vessel utilization hit an impressive 100%.

The company is strategically expanding, securing 7 new orders worth Rs. 968.69 Cr in H1. Key wins include two 15-year Green Tug contracts totaling Rs. 652.63 Cr, marking its entry into this fast-growing segment. KMEW also ventured into commercial cruise services on the Narmada, with revenue visibility up to Rs. 800 Cr over 20 years. Further, it expanded into shipbuilding with IWAI orders for 24 crafts and successfully raised Rs. 285 Cr via a preferential issue.

Management is targeting a billion-dollar enterprise, aligned with India's Maritime Vision 2047. They are actively bidding on projects exceeding Rs. 2,000 Cr, focusing on high-margin contracts. The Green Tug segment is set to be a key growth driver, supported by a strong fleet and an order book over Rs. 2,098 Cr.
