Sonalis Consumer Products Ltd — Important, 22-11-2025: Company Update

Sonali's Consumer Products provided an investor update outlining its aggressive growth strategy. The company is nearing acquisition of a dairy business with 1 lakh litre milk processing capacity. It is also immediately starting CAPEX for a new warehouse system in Rajkot and is in talks to supply mango pulp to Coca-Cola. The company is pursuing inorganic growth by acquiring 5-6 businesses in diverse sectors like Ayurvedic cosmetics, solar, and IT. Management projects ₹200 Cr top-line and ₹6-8 Cr PAT this fiscal year, aiming for ₹800 Cr top-line and ₹80 Cr PAT by 2028. A fundraise for 80 lakh new shares via warrants will see promoters increase their stake. The goal is to migrate to the main board by Q1 2028.
