VLS Finance Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 22-11-2025: Buyback

VLS Finance's Board has approved a buyback of up to ₹100 Cr. The company plans to repurchase up to 26.31 lakh shares at ₹380 per share via a Tender Offer. This represents about 7.71% of the total paid-up equity share capital. The Record Date for eligible shareholders is December 12, 2025.
