Sunita Tools Limited has acquired a second factory building on rent in Faridabad to expand its defence manufacturing capabilities. This facility will house Line 2 for producing artillery shells, aiming to significantly enhance production capacity and strengthen the company's position in the defence sector. The company has taken possession, with machinery installation starting soon. Commercial production on Line 2 is planned for October 2026, or potentially earlier, contingent on critical equipment delivery. Management noted that timely funding from directors has significantly expedited this key project.
