Western Carriers reported Q2 FY26 revenue of ₹440 Cr (+6% QoQ) and PAT of ₹9 Cr (2% margin). H1 revenues reached ₹855 Cr. Domestic TEU volumes surged over 25% QoQ, and EXIM volumes grew 8% YoY in Q2. Net debt significantly reduced to ₹8.4 Cr from ₹228.55 Cr.
The company commissioned a 30-acre multimodal cargo terminal near Morbi, enhancing Western India operations. While Q2 EBITDA margins compressed to 4.3% due to higher operational costs, management expects improvement in H2 and a strong EXIM recovery driven by potential trade deals. Focus remains on disciplined capital allocation and tech-enabled efficiencies. Management expresses confidence in future growth.
