Cupid Breweries and Distilleries disclosed the outcome of an open offer by Erramilli Venkatachalam Prasad, Rodrigues Bhagvandas Lily, and a Person Acting in Concert. The offer aimed to acquire up to 9.60 lakh public shares at ₹71.80 per share, valuing the potential acquisition at ₹6.89 Crore. However, only 17 shares were tendered and accepted in the offer, for a total consideration of ₹1,220.60. Following this, the acquirers' stake in the company stands at 50.08%, while public shareholding is 49.92%. This reflects very low participation in the offer.
