GEE Ltd — Important, 24-11-2025: Company Update

GEE Limited has signed a development agreement with Fen-Kin Infinity LLP for its 13,391 sq. mtrs. land in Thane, planning a commercial project. GEE Limited will receive approximately 2,90,000 sq. ft. of RERA-registered constructed area as its share. This land generated Rs. 46 crore in FY25 and Rs. 26 crore in H1FY26. The company will shift existing machinery without impacting current revenues. This strategic move is expected to unlock significant value from the asset, with GEE Limited planning to sell its commercial units over time after project completion, anticipated within six years.
