GEE Limited has entered a development agreement for its leasehold land in Thane, Maharashtra, to unlock value through a modern commercial development. This project pertains to a 13,391 sq. mtrs. parcel, expected to yield approximately 2,90,000 sq. ft. of constructed area for GEE. The company anticipates a revenue potential upward of Rs 400 crore from this development over its lifecycle, enhancing long-term value. The existing manufacturing facility at this location will relocate to Bhiwandi-Kalyan.
