ICRA has reaffirmed ICICI Prudential Life Insurance's [ICRA]AAA (Stable) rating for its subordinated debt programmes. This highest credit rating reflects the company's strong market position, robust capitalisation with a 2.13x solvency ratio (vs. 1.50x required), healthy profitability, and strong support from ICICI Bank. A 1,200 Cr program was withdrawn, and a new 1,200 Cr program was assigned the same rating.
