    AU Small Finance Bank's Board approved the appointment of Mr. N S Venkatesh and Mr. Satyajit Dwivedi as Independent Directors. Ms. Malini Thadani was re-appointed for a second term. All appointments are for 3 years, effective November 25, 2025, subject to shareholder approval.
