Nahar Industrial Enterprises Limited — Board Meeting, 25-11-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Nahar Industrial Enterprises' board has decided to close its 30-year-old Arham Spinning Mills unit in Rajasthan due to non-viability. The unit contributed Rs. 239.21 Cr turnover but a Rs. 14.16 Cr loss last fiscal. Useful machinery will be relocated, obsolete disposed of by March 2026.
