Leading Leasing Finance and Investment Company's board approved the conversion of 1 Crore convertible warrants into an equal number of equity shares. This conversion resulted from the company receiving Rs. 5.55 Cr from warrant holders, representing 75% of the issue price per warrant. Following this, the company's paid-up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 56.36 Cr, comprising 56.36 Crore fully paid-up equity shares. A total of 0.50 Crore warrants are now pending for conversion.
