The company's Board has approved the preferential allotment of 64.85 lakh convertible warrants. Each warrant is valued at Rs 122.50 (Rs 10 face value plus Rs 112.50 premium), representing a total issue value of Rs 79.44 Crore. These warrants were issued to promoter and strategic investors. The company has received Rs 19.86 Crore as 25% of the issue price from the allottees. Each warrant can be converted into one equity share at an exercise price of Rs 91.875. This allotment strengthens the company's capital base by raising funds through new investors.
